The organisation's major aim is to improve the quality of life of the neediest and marginalised groups of people in Uganda. We believe that with a good enviroment, good health, good nutrition and Education, among others, some one can enjoy precious life. KACOBA started in only one District of Jinja, but has spread its activities in other districts like; Kamuli, Mayuge, Mukono, Kampala, Wakiso, Mpigi, Mityana, Mubende, Luwero, Nakaseke, Nakasongola and Gulu.
