HEN:
Health Education Nutrition (HEN), is an intergrated community development approach to poverty reduction.

Women's Initiatives:
KACOBA promotes women's self-help home and community based development ideas that leads to self sustainability.

Alcoholic Synonymous:
KACOBA gives suport to people addicted to alcohal; as it is believed to greatly contribute towards HIV/AIDS spread, mulnutrition, and mala sexual behaviours.

I am a person who matters.
KACOBA gives psychosocial and material support to children affected by HIV/AIDS. Having lost breead winners, the chidren are most of the time left in a dire state where not even their guardian would provide them with esential necesities.

Youth initiatives;
KACOBA promotes involvement of the youth in all development activities.

Facility Based Health Care;
KACOBA provides medical services to HIV/AIDS affected communities especially the children.

Community and Home based Health Care;
KACOBA has a broad out reach program that extends to individual target homes. The projects carried out include; Home based care for people affected by HIV/AIDS, Monitoring and supervision of sanitation activities that are aimed at reducing preventable diseases associated with poor sanitation, poor feeding and lack of knowledge on how to prevent them.

Adult servivors of childhood sexual abuse;
Many women in Uganda suffer latent sexual harassment; With limited/no services form Government to reduce stigma from such people, KACOBA decided to provide psychosocial support to those affected and to integret them into self-help initiatives (resilience). This group has got a direct linkage to an influx of father-less children
